Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SAROYAE STUDIOS all orders are processed and shipped within the next following business day from the time you placed your order. 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct, we are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• SAROYAE STUDIOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. 
• If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
• If the carrier confirms that your package was lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In some cases we may require you to file a claim with the carrier.
